We have used our performance-based approach to optimise design and logistics for Coty. Previously displays used one-piece, oversized corrugated trays, delivered on one-way pallets and assembled manually. New compact, pre-glued corrugated trays, delivered on reusable pallets with significantly reduced transport volume, are lighter weight thanks to needing less material – without compromising strength. Co-packers can assemble more easily. In this new design the tray back is folded inwards, offering extra communication space for driving sales.
