Lightweight is about performance, not just weight. We base our packaging development on box compression, puncture resistance or burst strength performance needs. This means we can define the optimum corrugated board quality and use only the amount of material necessary to protect the product properly and make logistics efficient. This also helps to meet legislation such as the PPWR. Our new technology allows us to create fine flute profiles using lower-grammage cardboard and paper, resulting in strong yet lightweight packaging.
