CSR Report

We are a family business with a clear direction, clear set of values and clear focus on sustainability. These in turn shape our company ethos, our investment in people, our social commitments and our desire to protect the environment. Our actions in each area show how seriously we take our corporate responsibilities.

Since 2010 we have been documenting our goals, activities, progress and achievements in regular Corporate Social Responsibility Reports. In recent years we have significantly broadened our approach to CSR and identified additional action areas.

This year marks the company’s seventh CSR report and we are proud to introduce a new format that makes our progress against our goals even more transparent. Going forwards, we will report in detail annually on our eight main goals, with key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic action areas. Our report lays out the core values to which our company is committed and which form the basis of all strategic and operational corporate decisions. It also highlights our support for the United Nations vision of a more inclusive and sustainable economy: along with 19,000 other companies and organisations worldwide, we are committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the principles of the UN Global Compact. These have become a strategic component of STI Group’s CSR Roadmap to 2030.
