InContrast awarded for its 63rd POPAI Award
The unmissable Raspberry Rays Arch developed for Suntory Food & Beverage was awarded in the Wholesale category, bringing InContrast’s haul of POPAI Awards to 63 in just 15 years.
Given its long history of success with highly effective POP solutions, InContrast is delighted with the award, its first for Suntory’s Ribena brand. The Raspberry Rays Arch is a brilliant ambassador for creative design, cleverly using colour, shape, imagery and clear messaging to bring a welcome shot of summer into wholesale outlets.
Not only did depots with this standout POP benefit from impressive sales uplifts during the launch period, the positive impact on sales also persisted throughout the summer – despite the challenging pandemic trading conditions.
Covid does not seem to have diminished the market’s appetite for retail excellence; an incredible 222 entries were submitted into this year’s POPAI UK & Ireland Awards, making for fierce competition. Over 25 different categories could be entered, including three new ones for pandemic-related retail solutions, and the most popular categories had as many as 18 entries. All the 2021 nominations were announced live at this week’s virtual POPAI Expo.
