Pills from the wallet

One of the revolutionary innovations in the packaging of pharma products is the wallet, a folding card made of cardboard with an integrated blister strip.

The blister which contains the tablets is stuck into a mantle, not a folding carton. There are proper size holes for the tablets and the tablets can be removed from the packaging through them. The dosing instructions are indicated on the carton, this way reminding the consumer of the prescribed dosage.

Wallet reduces material usage up to 20 %

The usage of paper when making wallet cartons is up 20% more economical than that of the manufacturing of normal cartons.

Advantages of the wallet:

Many uses – high benefit with economical manufacturing costs
The packing insert is firmly attached to the medication packaging
Several product components in a single consumer-friendly package
A large number of product and insert component combination options are possible
