STI Group scores big at POPAI Award

POPAI

POPAI, a global industry association dedicated to point of purchase advertising, is bringing its prestigious POPAI Awards into the German-speaking world for this first time this year.

Meeting at the EuroShop fair in Dusseldorf in early March, a high-quality jury of representatives from the brand goods industry, retail and academics came together to evaluate the best POS concepts and displays in 14 different categories.

The STI Group was one of the immediate winners, earning five nominations: one for a permanent display for Shaun the Sheep, one for an elegant floor display for Nivea, another for an oversized die-cut figure for LEGO, another for a themed display shaped like a caravan for Griesson de Beukelaer and finally for a shop-in-shop solution for GROHE:

"We are very pleased with the numerous nominations," commented Dr Tom Giessler, CFO at the STI Group, "because it reflects our expertise in working with so many different types of materials and shows that the STI Group is a competent solutions provider for all industries."

The tension will stay high until May – when the awards ceremony for the coveted trophies in bronze, silver and gold is to be held as part of a gala celebration.
