Safety Management includes planning, oversight and inspections of the relevant security features of our facilities.

Plant security and fire safety are only one part of our safety management systems. Occupational health and safety at our locations is also of prime importance to us. The STI Group adheres to all international standards in this area, as well as its own baseline group-wide standards that each facility can strengthen as needed. This ultimately ensures that detailed standards are defined for each factory size, product sector, etc.

Management has also addressed the areas of crisis management and the handling of unpredictable situations. A separate process description has been created to serve as contingency plans in the event of a catastrophe.
