The STI Group's Code of Conduct provides STI Group employees at all hierarchical levels with clear guidelines on how employees should interact with each other, with customers and business partners, with the company's intellectual property, etc. It is intended to help us to avoid legal risks and to continue living up to the good reputation of the company.

The aim of the STI Group is to sustainably increase the value of the company. Corporate conduct must be respectful of the legal systems of different countries and regions, as well as of the rules of coexistence and ethical standards that impose a variety of obligations on the company and its employees at home and abroad.
