Chivas Regal in a designer look – classy is 'in' for displays as well
Whisky brand Chivas Regal commissioned New Yorker designer Dan Funderburgh on a high-quality gift series. The star talent from the USA applied his incomparable style into a design than symbolises 210 years of luxurious history.
The design focuses around a metal tin with various relief and golden effects that underscore the brand character – masculinity, strength and luxury. Precisely these characteristics were commissioned for the high-quality display and its supplementary decorative elements.
The special limited edition puts its heraldry front in centre, with the lion – the symbol of Scotland – on proud display. All elements are ornamented with spot UV coating, with a matte coating on the black surface delivering an excellent contrast to the high-gloss elements.
The display was delivered to stores completely pre-stocked with 24 gift packages along with a drop 'n pop decorative column that can be set up in one easy step at the POS. The poster system, built from pre-fabricated, strongly enhanced corrugated board, has been supplemented with a floor plate to protect the display against mop water.
