Six in one swoop:
STI Group scores at the POPAI D-A-CH-Award
“Two golds, three silver, one bronze”, that was the decision of the distinguished panel of judges for the campaigns jointly created by the STI Group with its customers. According to Markus Weißgerber, Head of Design & Innovation POS Solutions STI Group, the awards underscore the expertise and creative aspirations of the STI Group. “As a partner of the branded goods industry and trade, our goal is to enhance the product presentation of our customers at the POS and convert shoppers to buyers. Which is why, we are especially happy that all the concepts submitted by us are among the award-winning solutions and the STI Group is again honoured with most awards,” says Weißgerber.
Highest Award in both the food retail categories
The STI Group won over the expert jury from the trade and the branded goods industry by working the Tyrolean charm and its animation of a healthy heart. Both, the secondary placement for Handl Tyrol comprising a ladder display with an authentically styled mountain as the base as well as the Becel display with an lenticular film developed for the launch of the campaign “For a healthy cardiovascular system“ came out tops due to their eye-catching, emotional customer appeal.
“We are, indeed, happy that we have won both in the corrugated board display and the permanent display in the ‘food retail’ category” says Weißgerber; “this highlights our expertise across a wide range of materials”
Triple Silver for successful POS solutions
In the Sports, Toys and Accessories category, the counter display developed for Hot Wheels from Mattel, which provides a multimedia experience of the play and interactive options of the video racer was awarded a silver trophy. The highlight of the display is a mirror film on the base, which allows you to have a look at the LCD display integrated in the underside of the vehicle, without having to turn the car. The 7‘‘-monitor provides an additional presentation platform for promotional corporate videos.
The POPAI D-A-CH jury awarded another two silver Indians for the animated Ramazzotti floor stand display with lighting and motion effects and the Axe Hair Display with integrated “Education Area” that invites young men to test and play before shopping the product.
Bronze for innovative pallet-mounted display
A bronze award was given in the “Innovation” category for the flexible and resource-efficient automatic set-up display for Johnson & Johnson.
