Encourage and challenge!

We take young workers and their educations seriously. Our motto is 'encourage and challenge'. The academic portion of the apprenticeship is handled in coordination with vocational schools in the direct vicinity of our production sites.

"Quality through education"

Supplementary instruction offered within the company serves to provide trainees with a more in-depth view of individual workflows, bringing together theory and practice.

English instruction is provided regularly to help workers keep up with the international orientation of the STI Group. Participation in the STI Group's company-wide business simulation is an established part of the commercial education programme and fleshes out the in-house instruction and project work.

And once the education is completed?

Following successful completion of the training, outstanding performances by trainees can lead to STIplus, a structured continuing education programme.

Depending on your secondary school degree and choice of career, you'll have the chance to attend a technical or master tradesman's school, attend a vocational training for a bachlor of business administration or attend university. The qualification measures are subsidised by the STI Group and supported by a mentor. In return, you commit to providing your knowledge and skills at one of our locations for a set period following the completion of your continuing education.
