Research & Development
Over 200 employees dedicated to product development and process and workflow innovation are part of an extensive network that allows them to share thoughts and ideas as well as collaborate on complex tasks through interdisciplinary project teams. R&D represents 5-6% of the company's overall annual budget.

On average eight percent of revenue is re-invested each year into new production technologies and additional production capacities.

2. Creative presentation of goods at the POS
The STI Group provides sales promotion measures that boost sell-through, awaken enthusiasm in consumers and inspire retailers - from merchandising units to interactive themed decorations and shop-in-shop systems. The materials being used range from corrugated board and plastics to metal, wood and even multimedia elements.
3. Services along the value chain
The STI Group stands for integrated solutions for all aspects of product presentation at the POS - from consulting to planning and campaign implementation as well as co-packaging and logistics. The consulting services also include projects to assess processes, product and workflow innovations as well as technical consulting for packaging.
