From the packaging solutions manufactured for the Danone’s delicacies, the Danette Easter promotional cardboard belt won the Special Award of National Association of Packaging and Material Handling at the printing industry contest Pro Typographia. The cardboard belt was produced using offset printing (5 +1 colours) for the Easter promotion of the velvety creamy Danette dessert made of fresh milk. Its reinforced cardboard raw material is resistant to cold and chill haze in the fridge. The specialty of packaging lies in the die cutting technology and the graphics used at the back up of the product. The cardboard belt, entwining the products of 4x125g performs multi-pack packaging function as well.
Apart from the packaging of the Easter specialty, the family packaging solution including the Activia fruit yoghurt provided with the Danone’s well-known brand logo is also produced in the Hungarian plant of STI Group.
